David A. Tuggle attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, earning a Bachelor's degree in 1987 and a Law Degree in 1990. He is a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, Illinois State Bar Association, National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives and Vermilion County Bar Association. In 1983 he was selected to the Illinois Governmental Internship Program where he conducted research for proposed legislation.
Mr. Tuggle began working in the legal field in 1987. In 2004 Mr. Tuggle was voted by other attorneys as being in the top 5% of attorneys practicing in the areas of Social Security Disability and Personal Injury. See Leading Lawyers Network Top Lawyers at www.leadinglawyers.com. He has participated in several jury trials representing individuals injured by the wrongful conduct of others. He has also represented hundreds of individuals in their efforts to obtain Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income benefits.
Mr. Tuggle was born in Danville, Illinois and concentrates his practice in the East Central Illinois area. He has contributed to several local organizations including as a board member for the Boys and Girls Club of Danville and the Oakwood School Board. He is married to Sharon Tuggle and they have four children.
Nicholas M. Schiro is a 1985 graduate of Millikin University in Decatur, Illinois, with a B.A. in Political Science. He graduated from Hamline University School of Law in 1989. Mr. Schiro is a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, Workers Compensation Lawyers Association, Ltd., and Vermilion County Bar Association. He currently specializes in worker's compensation and personal injury law. He also performs pro bono work for low-income families in the areas of uncontested divorces. Mr. Schiro has practiced law in Danville. Illinois, since 1990, and is currently a partner with Tuggle, Schiro & Lichtenberger, Attorneys at Law, Danville, Illinois. he is a third Degree Member in the Knights of Columbus. Biography Todd D. Lichtenberger
Todd D. Lichtenberger attended Illinois State University, earning a Bachelors Degree of Science in Economics in 1986. Mr. Lichtenberger attended Whittier College School of Law in Los Angeles and earned his law degree in 1998. He is a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and Vermilion County Bar Association. Mr. Lichtenberger began working in the legal field in 1992 as a self-employed process server. He also managed a sizable attorney service located in downtown Los Angeles. Mr. Lichtenberger concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury, worker's compensation, Social Security disability and medical negligence.
